The Base Vac D and HD Series Dental Vacuum Systems are the result of research driven by changes and trends in the dental industry. Lab sizes are growing from traditional two chair facilities to ten and twelve chair centres. Procedures using increased vacuum demand are not common. Older dental offices are being upgraded, stretching the limits of old vacuum pumps and piping.
Two series in modular, expandable formats are designed to replace existing units with increased capacity in existing offices or as new lab installations, with the capacity to grow as a business grows.
All BaseVac systems do not use water. A similar sized water type suction system will use up to 1000 gallons of water a day and may cost $2000.00 per year in fresh water and sewage costs. The BaseVac also uses 50% less hydro than a similar sized wet system.
The BaseVac has a 5-Year Warranty. For a 5 year warranty with up to $2000.00 a year in water savings and up to 50% less in hydro costs, the BaseVac will pay for itself with in the life of the warranty.
